What happens after I choose a number?

Yes. You start by selecting your area code and choosing your business number. Once you have picked your number, you can choose the Hootline package that fits how you want to handle calls.

After selecting your number, you choose your package and complete checkout. Your Hootline setup can then be configured around the plan you selected.

Can I upgrade my plan later?

Yes. You can start simple and upgrade your plan when your business needs more features, such as app-based calling, working hours, voicemail or call recording.

Can I compare plans before choosing?

Yes. You can view the pricing page at any time if you want to compare Starter, Business and Business Pro before selecting your number.

Can I choose my own business number?

You can browse the available numbers for your chosen area code and select the number you prefer.

Can I cancel my Hootline plan?

Yes. Hootline plans are on a 30-day rolling contract, so you are not tied into a long fixed-term agreement. If you want to cancel, simply email your cancellation request and your service will end in line with your 30-day notice period.
